All our products are delivered in discreet plain brown boxed packaging with no visual material or information whatsoever. Orders need to be placed by 2.00 pm on weekdays for same day dispatch.

If you would prefer not to have your parcel delivered at your home address, you may be able to request for a collection at your local Post Office (for orders placed with Royal Mail) or a local pick up shop (for orders placed with DPD), you can do this directly on the courier’s website after dispatch using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note this service is not available in all areas, we recommend that you check in advance if there are any collection points available in your area.

Deliveries to the following postcodes are classed as Remote Location deliveries and take 1 additional working day to be delivered. They may also incur an additional fee: GY, AB, IM, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, BT, TR, JE, KA, ZE, PO3, PO7, PO9, PO12, PO21, PO22.
Please note: Prices may change depending on weight and updates from our partners. Royal Mail services are only provided for packages under 2kg. If your order exceeds 2kg in weight, we may change the courier service provider to DPD but will of course respect the speed of delivery you have selected.
*Royal Mail Overnight is a weight based service, prices start at £9.99.
**DPD Express Next Day deliveries are made between Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. In some rare cases DPD may not deliver the next day.
When a first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel may be left for collection at a local post office or pick up shop, or a delivery may be re-scheduled.
